Doctor, Swimmer, Boxer and Pope took part in an illegal fighting bout. They're arrested and ordered to act as robbers in a robbery drill organized by LAPD. But they've attacked an innocent man by accident and kidnapped him as a hostage. Although they don't know this mistake, LAPD decides to kill them as real robbers. Four guys demand the president to do striptease in a seedy bar in Los Angeles as a joke.　But the president does striptease in reality for improving his image to U.S. citizens. Four guys watch the president's striptease on TV and notice the robbery is real. One FBI negotiator notices the fact and tries to save them from LAPD. He realizes an incredible resolution for escaping from a stronghold.
